Stephen A. Quattrocchi, a CPA, is currently
the Company’s President, Chief Financial Officer, and a self-employed
consultant working in a variety of small private companies
and larger public companies. He has over 30 years of
corporate experience, with a solid foundation at a Big
5 accounting firm. He has extensive experience in management,
internal controls, and financial analysis with success
in managing and motivating large and small organizations
in mission critical projects.
Prior to founding Integral Analytics, he was the CFO
of a high tech defense based company, which had significant
VC investment. He helped to sell the company as part
of their exit policy to Northrop Grumman Corporation
and worked for a year with that Company to transition
the acquisition over to Northrop. As CFO, he had responsibilities
over insurance, Human Resources, and IT functions, as
well as the financial organization. Prior to that position
he was CFO of a start up (dot com) company, which continues
to do B to B in the utility industry. For over 22 years
he held senior positions at Stone & Webster, Inc.,
which at that time was a publicly owned, international
engineering and construction company that had a significant
portion of their business in the energy industry.
Mr. Quattrocchi served in the Army as an officer and
is a Vietnam Veteran. He graduated from Boston University
with Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
and is actively involved on the board of several non
profit organizations.
