Dr. Robert C. Frohn is an expert in satellite remote sensing classification for land-use/land-cover analysis. Dr. Frohn is a professor in the Department of Geography at the University of Cincinnati and the founder and president of Digital Earth Consulting, Inc. He is the author of the book “Remote Sensing for Landscape Ecology” and over 50 remote sensing publications. His research has been funded by NASA, NSF, USGS, USEPA, USAID, USDOE, US Army, Ohio Aerospace Institute, California Space Institute, Proctor & Gamble, Duke Energy, Development Alternatives, Inc., Ohio EPA, and Ohio Department of Transportation among others.
