Employee Incentive Plan

If an employee (Officers are excluded) refers a qualified candidate for employment at Integral Analytics, a referral bonus of $500 will be paid after the referral completes six months of employment. Payment will be made via payroll with the appropriates taxes being deducted. An additional $500 will be granted after the referral has worked a full year. Please submit the resume of your referral to the COO with your name and date of submission.
